Sometimes a door has taken enough dents, rust, and warped panels that repair no longer makes sense. We install steel, aluminum, and insulated doors sized to the actual opening.
We measure the actual opening, not just the old door's dimensions, since framing settles and shifts over years.
New door, new spring calculation, every time.
From basic weatherstripping to fully insulated panels with a meaningful R-value, we fit the door to your climate needs.
We verify your existing opener can handle the new door's weight and travel, or recommend an upgrade if it can't.
Each service below is handled by a technician trained specifically for this kind of repair, not a generalist guessing at it.
Durable, low-maintenance steel doors installed with correct framing and weatherseal for a clean, long-lasting result.
Insulated installs include R-value consideration matched to how the space gets used.
Older homes and converted spaces often need custom dimensions, which we handle as a standard part of the job.
Full removal and responsible haul-away of the old door is included with every new installation.
Call +1-831-293-1591 →Pairing a new opener sized correctly for the door's weight with the installation, including full calibration.
A quick call gets the installation process started with an on-site measurement scheduled.
The measurement visit confirms exact sizing before any door is ordered.
We confirm opening dimensions, spring sizing, and opener compatibility, then quote the full installation as one flat price.
Full installation, balance test, and safety-reverse check completed, backed by written warranty before we leave.
“Old door was rusted beyond saving. New insulated steel door looks great and closes so much quieter.”
“Resized the springs correctly for the heavier new door instead of reusing the old ones like the last quote suggested.”
“Balance tested it by hand after install and it lifts smooth as anything. Really thorough job.”
Standard-size installs usually wrap up same-day; custom sizing may need a short lead time for the door itself.
We'll check compatibility first. If the new door's weight matches what the opener can safely handle, yes.
We'll walk through material options based on durability, insulation, and appearance preferences.
We handle custom dimensions regularly, particularly for older homes with non-standard framing.
You won't be left with a dismantled door to deal with; we handle removal completely.
You'll get one confirmed number covering the door, labor, and any related opener work.
Licensed technicians, flat-rate pricing, and a truck stocked for this exact job.
